DocuSign helps organizations connect and automate how they prepare, sign, act on, and manage agreements.The eSignature program offers a way to sign electronically on practically any device, from almost anywhere, at any time. Signatures and documents are uploaded, then encrypted and a unique hash created. If a signed document is later checked, the hash will not match the information stored by DocuSign if a document has been tampered with or compromised.

The Project SrinSoft worked on was to integrate an IBM i Retail PoS application with the DocuSign application to electonically capture signatures. The retail customer’s PoS application sold home appliances, furnitures and electronics through a credit payment where in customers need to sign contract documents along with their valid ID uploaded for the credit process to be enabled. This signature was captured in paper form. SrinSoft automated this signature process with integration to DocuSign through the Mule ESB interface to capture and store signatures electronically.

DocView from OpenText is a dcoument management solution for electronic storage of documents. Some of its features include

DocView document management system on the IBM i has the ability to handle spool files, Documents from IFS, documents scanned through Kofax application. SrinSoft integrated the DocView management system with the DocuSign eSignature process – so the entire document management is automated. Once a customer does a purchase in the PoS application, the relevant documents are automatiically sent through to the customer’s email throgh DocuSign, and once the document is signed they are stored automatically in DocView with proper index.

The Eleos Mobile Platform is a mobile low-code development platform that lets you rapidly develop applications for on-the-go drivers and workers. Eleos also has a list of pre-built components including

SrinSoft integrated the TMS of a logistics customer with the Eleos mobile app. The Dispatch of the TMS interfaces with Eleos to send driver assignments and receives updates from Eleos on events with precise location tracking. The events are then further mapped to EDIs to the trading partners.

DispatchTrack has been creating systems to simplify operations and reduce costs in the scheduling, routing, and tracking of over-sized furniture and appliances. DispatchTrack helps in delivery of products with applications for driver assignments, routing, scheduling and tracking.

The DispatchTrack software is integrated with the Retail application for delivery of products including Home Appliances and furnitures. Information regarding delivery schedule is passed to the DispatchTrack application, where the driver assignments, routing and tracking done and the delivery completion message passed back to the Retail application. The integration is done through the ESB from MuleSoft.

Highjump provides a Warehoue Management system (WMS) with features for optimal utilization of warehouses. Some of its basic features include

SrinSoft provides integration capabilities from ERP to the Highjump WMS. Real time inventory transactions are updated through the WMS application with availability validations built in for any sales order creation.

Hadoop software library is a framework that allows for the distributed processing of large data sets across clusters of computers using simple programming models.

It is designed to scale up from single servers to thousands of machines, each offering local computation and storage. Rather than rely on hardware to deliver high-availability, the library itself is designed to detect and handle failures at the application layer, so delivering a highly-available service on top of a cluster of computers, each of which may be prone to failures.

SrinSoft provides integration capabilities for any ERP system with Big Data solutions like Hadoop. Hadoop can be used for reproting processes thereby freeing up resources on the ERP servers for real time production tasks. SrinSoft provides real time as well as batch integration capabilities for alrge date between the ERP and Hadoop.

We have expertise in implementing, customizing and migrating Nutech WMS. We offer excellent support for linking JBA-Viewpoint and can create many functions using Viewpoint and JBA files to provide critical information for the users. We done onsite implementation also for these projects.

ASC-SEQUEL is another area where we fashioned various old style reports into attractive & easily importable reports through SEQUEL Client & View.
